JR Hakata City

JR Hakata City is a new landmark of Kyushu. One of the largest station building, equipped with department stores, store zones, the largest restaurant zone, rooftop gardens, event halls and conference rooms.

Tenjin is the  largest downtown areas in Kyushu. There is a mall called Solaria Plaza, so this area is good for shopping.

Kashida Shrine

Kashida Shrine is a shinto shrine which is loved by local people as sochinju (local Shinto deity)

Fukuoka Tower

Total length 234 m. As a seaside tower, it boasts the highest height in Japan.
The sharp appearance of an equilateral triangle covered with 8000 half mirrors
It is familiar with the nickname "Mirror Sail".

Fukuoka Yahuoku! Dome

The Fukuoka Yahuoku! Dome is a baseball field. This is used for concerts, exhibitions, and events.

Uminonakamichi Seaside Park

Dazaifu Tenman-gu

Dazaifu Tenman-gu is a Shinto shrine in Fukuoka. It is built over the grave of Sugawara no Michizane and is one of the main shrines dedicated to Tenman-gu.
